A new affordable housing lottery is now available for 21 remodeled co-op apartments in the East Village, with prices starting at $260,582 for a studio.

The apartments, located on 10th Street, 11th Street, and Avenue C, are available through NYC Housing Connect for households earning between $83,016 and $211,860 annually.

These properties include four studios priced at $260,582, 14 two-bedroom units at $334,556, and three three-bedroom apartments at $386,372.

In comparison, the least expensive two-bedroom listing on Zillow in the East Village is priced at $395,000, and the cheapest studio is listed at $399,000.

Interested buyers can apply for the lottery until February 13. Two informational sessions will be held on January 7 and January 28.

The century-old buildings were renovated by Asian Americans for Equality in partnership with the Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Updates include new plumbing, HVAC systems, security and fire safety features, as well as updated kitchens and bathrooms.
